People Don't Want To Learn

With so many animals in need and so few people willing and able to step up to the plate, we are in a time of great and unrelenting need.

Education only works with those who truly want to learn.

Having spent over 8 years in rescue and over 25 years in teaching, education is but a small part of the problem.

The truth is, for the most part, that people don’t want to learn.

Most people prefer to stick to what they know and are unable and unwilling to grow, because learning is work, which is additional responsibility, which is accountability, and this is not what most people want or can handle.

Knowledge Is Power

Knowledge, when used correctly, is power.

It can cause mountains to move, oceans to part and water to come out of a Rock.

But more that, it leads to passion and purpose and a life of deep fulfilment, fortitude and fortuity.

Conversely, God's people perish for lack of knowledge. (Hosea 4:6)

There is no substitute for understanding, wisdom and the pursuit of right living, it is the fountain of life.

Emancipation Is The Only Option

I’ve been offering to teach how to re-home any dog to the perfect home for the last 7 years, free of charge and at great expense to myself and my own animals.

I’ve offered this to everyone who has asked for help, to those who said they were desperate and to those who didn't ask for help but needed it.

Yet not one person has taken me up on the depth of learning I have offered, those that expressed interest have learned and implemented but a fraction and the rest continue to define insanity by doing the same thing again and again whilst expecting different results.

Those in rescue who go into townships and try to educate are falling on the same sword, and the animals are suffering.

In light of this revelation, realisation and radical truth, emancipation is the only option.

People Are Failing

Where people fail, we must stand for the animals.

We must stand for those without a voice and without a choice, we must stand for what’s right and we must stand on higher ground.

We must tell the truth, to ourselves and each other, no matter how hard, painful or ugly this may be.

There is no freedom in failure, there is no light in darkness and there is no joy in pain.

We must emancipate ourselves from the mental slavery and chains that bind both us and the animals who are caught in it's snare, seeking higher and better solutions to life's challenges, and as we free ourselves, we free each other.

We Always Have A Choice

We always have a choice, we must choose what’s best for the animals and we must put them first.

In cases where they are not being cared for, respected and valued in the way a living soul should be, we must remove them to safety.

But this too requires a raising of the standards.

Careful placement not kill shelters, loving care and companionship not cold cages and discernment not destruction.

Higher thinking not low-level beliefs and passion, power and purpose not putting animals down and the perpetuation of a death cult.

Thinking Bigger & Better

We must think bigger, better and believe in what’s possible.

Beauty abounds if we but reach out for it.

Love is everywhere if we but look.

In all my years of rescue, I have always achieved that which was deemed “impossible”.

Achieving the so-called impossible is an attitude that requires faith and right action.

God Never Fails

People fail but God never does, we must seek the LORD in everything we do.

Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will win favour and a good name in the sight of God and man.

Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:3-6).

Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.

For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. (Matthew 7:7-8)
